It's not a slam at the honest nonprofessional critic. But I know many many restaurants whose businesses (remember it's a very down economy) depend on good word of mouth to feed their kids. And there are a few bad eggs on Yelp! and other self-critiqueing sites who feel that unless they are negative, they aren't to be taken seriously. It hurts businesses. It would be naieve to think otherwise. They are only human after all. Just my other side of the coin opinion.
